Changes in Services:

At the moment, I am currently not offering any oil massage techniques, aromatherapy, or cupping services within Be Optimal Holistic Health Center. I will soon return to performing them once I am fully set up at my home office.

Two Locations!

Starting in July 2024, I will be splitting time between Be Optimal, in Skokie, and my home office in Niles, IL. You can find the addresses below or on my Locations Page. Below is the Availability.

My availability currently is as follows:

• Sundays & Mondays:  off
• Tuesdays: Be Optimal, 8:00am – 7:00pm
• Wednesdays:  House, 8:00am – 7:00pm
• Thursdays:  House, 8:00am – 7:00pm
• Fridays: Be Optimal, 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturdays: House, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Scheduling / Cancellation Policy

The online cut-off times for scheduling is 12 hours in advance. Please contact me directly at 630-220-8550 for any short notice scheduling needs.

When you schedule a session, you are affecting my livelihood reserving my time for yourself and preventing other people from working with me.  For that reason, I implement the industry standard of requiring at least a 24 hour minimum notice of cancellation.  Payment for a cancellation, or missed appointment, will be required before you can continue receiving my services.
