For anyone looking for a “Deep Tissue” massage, please visit my Therapeutic Massage page. For specific problems, I pretty much will work to whatever depth is needed to get the job done but those ‘therapeutic’ techniques are performed dry, without oil, so that I can optimally grip and work with the connective tissue.

As for “oil” massage, I prefer to only use it to focus on relaxation and nurturing the skin with super-healthy oils and plant-based butters. For such occasions, I have the following options.

 Aromatic Desert – This is not actually a standalone session but, rather, an add-on to a ‘dry’ therapeutic massage session for people who still want a little pampering. It adds about 12 minutes to the end of a session for oil massage of the head, neck and shoulders. Fractionated Coconut Oil is used with your choice of available essential oils. It costs $20 for this upgrade option.

Russian-Based Sports Massage – For the clients wanting to have a ‘oil’ session that is more pampering session, closer to that of a so-called Swedish Massage, I still perform sessions based on my original specialization in Russian-based sports massage. Its techniques are very similar to Swedish massage except for its heavy focus of using different rhythms to affect circulation and the nervous system. Hot towels are provided at the end of the session for people to wipe off any access oil.

High-quality massage gel is used and you may choose from several available Aromatherapy essential oil options.

The pricing is a $7 upgrade as follows:

One-time pricing: $105 for 1 hour and $154 for 90 minutes

For clients coming at least once a month: $97 for 1 hour and $140 for 90 minutes

 Plant-based “Body Butter” Massage – This uses the same Russian-based techniques but uses a more expensive blend of Body Butters that are packed full of nutrients and antioxidants for the skin. Hot towels are provided at the end of the session for people to wipe off any access oil.

The body butter option pricing is a $20 upgrade as follows:

One-time pricing: $118 for 1 hour and $164 for 90 minutes

For clients coming at least once a month: $110 for 1 hour and $150 for 90 minutes
